Lovely stay in truffle country. Enjoyed the untouched nature trail and panoramic views. Charming hotel with top-notch food. Films under the stars were special. Cons: The strong smell of truffles everywhere made me wonder if I was staying in a hotel or a truffle factory.

The room at Boutique Hotel Vela Vrata was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the spa area after a long day of hiking, and the large spa tub was a real treat. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and breakfast was plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, beautiful views overlooking the valley. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering local recommendations for restaurants. the bed was very comfortable and the sheets smelled fresh. The buffet had a variety of options to satisfy everyone.
The rooms were outdated and not very spacious. The bathroom had visible mold and the shower was extremely small and uncomfortable to use.

Buzet turned into a straight-up time machine when we visited the old town center. It was like being in a 19th-century movie, with all the historic vibes. And let me tell you, the cycling panoramas around the small medieval towns were on fleek! We felt like adventurers in a postcard-worthy paradise. Plus, the hotel hooked us up with some legit gastronomic and oenological pleasures, like mouthwatering Istrian dishes and tasty local wines. It was a total epicurean experience!
The only bummer was that the hotel didn't have a wild party scene. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast exploring the area, but as young and party-going peeps, we would've loved some awesome nightlife options nearby.

Charming and luxurious hotel located in the old part of a small town. the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. We received a free upgrade and complimentary three-hour wellness center access exclusive use just for us. the breakfast buffet was lovely, especially when dining outside on the terrace with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the stylish furniture combined with modern elements that offer full comfort.
The bedside reading lamps were very dim, making it difficult to read. the dinner was a little overpriced, but we were able to order from the a la carte menu and found it to be delicious.

This hotel is located in the center of an old mountain town in a citadel, which is really amazing. It is situated at the top of a hill, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The service here is excellent, with staff that are friendly and helpful even before I arrived. The room amenities are top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The spa and wellness center here is luxurious, with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage services. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, making my stay here very comfortable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I had a wonderful stay in a hotel located on a serene hill that provided an amazing view of the mountains. The staff were very kind and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel offered great facilities such as a spa and indoor pool which were open 24 hours. Parking was easy, and the hotel's cleanliness was remarkable. The breakfast was rich, and I loved that the hotel supported local food suppliers. Location-wise, it was near a roundabout and the bus station in this city, making transportation a breeze.
No complaints.

We recently stayed in a charming hotel located in the heart of an old town on top of a hill with picturesque views over the valley. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and great shower. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpful staff, who booked a cab for us to go to a restaurant. The location was ideal for exploring the hill towns of the region, with plenty of plaques describing the buildings. We also loved the 24-hour pool and spa facilities and the spa services that were available.
There was some late evening noise from traffic and dogs barking nearby.
